Charles Carroll graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1989 with a BS in Management. He started his own insurance agency in 1991 in Jeffersonville and then formed the partnership of C & F Insurance Group in 1998. He is a Principal agent and the President of C & F Insurance. In his spare time Charles enjoys Golf as a member of Elk Run Golf Club formerly Jeffersonville Elks golf club. He likes to pretend he is a farmer although he really couldn’t handle the risk that comes along with that as a career thus the insurance path. He also is an avid upland game and waterfowl hunter which allows him to spend more time with his beloved dogs. He has been happily married for 21 years and has two sons of whom he is very proud!

Anthony “Andy” Ivers is a native of New Castle, KY . and is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. He also holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Kentucky. Andy started his own insurance agency in Jeffersonville, IN in 1993 and merged his business with C & F Insurance Group in 2005. With over 22 years of experience, he has earned many service and production awards, including the Heritage Award given to agents who display outstanding insurance product knowledge and customer service. His expertise is in Personal and Family insurance, in addition to Small Business and Life insurance. He resides in Jeffersonville with his wife and two children. Jeffersonville has been his home since 1997.

Larry E. Fraze graduated Jeffersonville High School. He is the former owner of Fraze Archery in Indiana and Fraze Archery II in Kentucky from 1973-1987. Larry started Fraze Insurance in 1987, and partnered with Charles Carroll in 1998 and opened C & F Insurance Group LLC. In his free time, Larry enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and agitating his wife. Life is good!

David Guernsey was born and raised in Henryille Indiana, where he currently resides. He entered into the insurance business in 2007, running his own agency before joining C&F Insurance in 2011. Prior to insurance, David ran a successful janitorial company, and prior to that, worked for the Colgate Palmolive Company. In his free time, David enjoys traveling with his wife Melissa and serving as a Pastor with Fronline Ministries in Austin Indiana.
